2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

• Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
• Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
• Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

• Express: 3–6 business days
• Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your accessories are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your accessories high-quality and comfortable? Yes! We prioritize hypoallergenic metals (stainless steel, gold-plated where noted), lightweight designs, secure clasps, and comfortable fits for all-day wear. Jewelry is nickel-free where possible to minimize irritation.

7. How do I care for my Upads-media accessories?

• Jewelry: Avoid water, perfume, and sweat; wipe with soft cloth; store in dry place or pouch.
• Sunglasses: Clean lenses with microfiber cloth; store in case.
• Scarves & fabric items: Hand-wash or gentle cycle; air dry. Specific care instructions included with each item to keep them looking new.
